Host: Sustainable Selkirk at Selkirk College

Sustainable Selkirk would like to invite you to an awesome event happening next Friday, March 28th, 5-7pm at Selkirk College’s Castlegar Campus.

For SDG Month 2025, Sustainable Selkirk is hosting a student speaker series called Students for Sustainable Development highlighting talks from Selkirk College students that address one or more of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Open to anyone in the community, attendance is by donation to support the Giving Days sustainability cause of developing applied learning projects on-campus that enhance and protect biodiversity.

Students and young people are building the knowledge and skills to be the demographic that will lead humanity toward a more sustainable future. Let’s uplift student voices and consider their insights! And while we’re at it, let’s raise some money to purchase Indigenous plants and supplies to enhance and protect biodiversity on campus.
